Experience the resilience of nature in a sub-Arctic landscape, and reflect on the everyday rituals that give meaning to our lives. Follow a Palestinian woman as she strives to make her media dreams a reality, and join an elderly woman as she delves into the mysterious world of tarot. Witness the transformative journey of a man after discovering a unique pair of glasses, and feel the energy of the midnight sun marathon. "Circles and Cycles" weaves together stories of perseverance, transformation, and the beauty of life’s recurring patterns.

We’ll have an intro before the beginning of the screening and a Q&A after.

 
 

Safe Haven

This documentary showcases the living conditions of fauna and flora in a sub-Arctic region. It tells the story of various species managing to evolve and thrive in those rough conditions, against all odds. The purpose of this project is to show the pure beauty of Nature in the Arctic and its inspiring resilience. Safe Haven also aims at highlighting what must be preserved.

Shape Of Ritual

Documentary film Shape Of Ritual stops four people to think about things they repeat every day. The film explores the significance of repetition. During the film these people are trying to point out the difference between everyday routine and a mystical-sounding ritual. At the end of the day-long meditation, the interviewees find a common outcome.
